Why can’t chat after adding Facebook Messenger

I started the Facebook Messenger plug-in function in the background of the store. What is the reason why I still can’t chat after adding it according to the operation instructions? I am very upset. I carefully checked my operation steps and found no reason.

After adding the Messenger code, remember to return to the Facebook homepage, select “Advanced messaging”, then enter the advanced messaging page, navigating to domain whitelist, enter your store domain, click Save and check whether the homepage is released normally.
